GUILLERMO S. QUINTANA

Guillermo is a Mexican artist who was born in 1983 in Mexico City. From 2000 to 2005 he studied communication, advertising and marketing at Universidad Anahuac, Mexico. He is known for his tape and mural art. He has created private and public murals in Mexico, Spain, Germany, France and Italy. Selected exhibitions and presentations include Enter Art Foundation, a collective exhibition of 50 contemporary artists in Berlin (2017); Azucar’s Pockets, a collective exhibition in Berlin (2016); Noox Gallery “Encuentros transoceánicos”, a solo and collective exhibition with Amanda Arrutea in Mexico (2016); Performance for the Comune di Saló, in Italy; Painting for the municipal library (2016); RSDNSART Kankabal, Yucatán, Mexico with a one-month residency (2015); Festival A-part “face2face” Les Baux de Provence, France with a one-month residency (2015); Selected for VI Merida Bienal of Art, Yucatán, Mexico (2014).
